Following the recent success enjoyed by Becky O’Brien in Britain’s Got Talent, when she made the papers for making Simon Cowell cry with her touching rendition of “Over The Rainbow”, she now joins Britain’s original and longest running Rat Pack show in a brand new production – THE RAT PACK AND JUDY which is coming to The Radlett Centre on Sunday 19th June at 7.30pm.

Cowell commented “Wow. I was not expecting that. Your voice is so beautiful, so authentic, it was just so emotional. This is why we love making this show, to find people like you” after her sensational performances on the hit ITV talent show. But this was only the start of an amazing year for Becky as she of went on to work alongside Judy Garland’s daughter – Lorna Luft, in a National Tour of “Judy – The Songbook of Judy Garland”.

She then starred alongside the stars of Strictly come Dancing in the UK tour of “Puttin’ on the Ritz” and completed an astonishing rise to fame as a Guest star in “Sinatra, The Centennial Tour” which celebrated one hundred years of Frank Sinatra alongside legendary performers including Kenny Lynch and Anita Harris.

She is thrilled to be joining David Alacey (Frank Sinatra) on stage once again in “The Rat Pack & Judy”, as well as having the opportunity to star as her all-time idol, Judy.

“Like Judy my life hasn’t always been easy” says Becky who was a victim of domestic abuse for many years, in a case which was covered by the National Media. “But hopefully I have shown that with strength and determination you can overcome most things because although it sounds clichéd there is always something, somewhere of someone better over the rainbow” she added referring to the lyrics of the Garland classic.

Becky has recently been made the first Survivor Ambassador for Women’s Aid, the Domestic Abuse charity and is working hard to raise awareness of Domestic Violence & the surrounding issues, as well as campaigning for change.

She is so pleased that “The Rat Pack & Judy” is supporting Women’s Aid throughout this tour by providing seats for victims in each town, enabling them to experience a much needed night out in a safe environment. She will also be recording a CD with the Rat Pack cast, which will be on sale at shows with proceeds going to the charity.

Many fans of the Rat Pack will know that Judy Garland was an original member of the original Holmby Hills Rat Pack alongside Sinatra and his pals and this show once again reunites these legends together again for one special performance, featuring the hit songs and comedy which helped to create a unique chapter in Entertainment history.

The Rat Pack and Judy stars Beck O’Brien as Judy Garland, David Alacey (Lovejoy) as Frank Sinatra, Paul Drakeley (Inside Out) as Dean Martin and Des Coleman famed for his four years as Lenny in Eastenders as Sammy Davis Jnr. They are joined by the stunning L.A Showgirls and The swinging BG All-stars Band.

So get happy with Frank, Dean, Sammy and Judy in A Night to Remember!
