Get the body out there for charity
Passing our Fire Station on London Rd, St Albans last week, I noticed three large signs enticing me to get ready for upcoming active events in the area. Although, I am proudly partaking in the easiest one (see last post!),

It's that active time of year again and both the Willow Foundation (special days for seriously ill 16-40 yr olds) and Every-Man Campaign (stamping our male cancer) hope that the event will be as successful as ever.

Springtime events in St Albans
It's springtime again in our beautiful city and there are plenty of events going on in the theatres and other venues for you to get out and enjoy! Here are a few for you to choose from:
Ladies Open Days at Verulam Golf Club
Verulam Golf Club, which prides itself as a thriving Par 72 course and home of the Ryder's Cup, is situated to the south of St Albans.
